The world of work is a fast paced, ever changing environment that will throw up many unexpected challenges. You need to develop the personal skills to be able to react to these challenges positively and take advantage of the opportunities they throw at you. It is also vital that you are fully informed and prepared for making choices regarding your next steps after Seaham High School – whether that is further education, apprenticeship or employment with training. We aim to support you so that the transition from school to the real world is smooth and uncomplicated as it can be, and any choices you make are sustainable in education and employment.
