Concerns or Complaints
If you have concerns about the provision being made for your child, or their level of progress, please contact Mrs Whitehead, (Assistant Head Teacher & SENCO) at the school on 0191 5161600. Progress needs can also be raised with your child’s year leader.
For welfare, attendance or behavioural issues, please contact your child’s Year Manager, Ms Thynne, (Head of Pupil Services), or Mr Henderson, (Deputy Head teacher).
More serious concerns must be placed with Mr G Lumsdon– Head Teacher at Seaham High School on 0191 5161600. Please contact the school and ask to speak to Mrs McNally-Holmes, Personal Assistant to the Head Teacher and she will make an appointment for you.
