To support the Government’s 2026 requirements on mobile phones in schools, Seaham High School is introducing secure phone pouches from September 2026. This will help create a focused, calm learning environment while ensuring pupils can keep their phones safely with them during the school day. A phone pouch is part of the school's uniform expectations and students are expected to have this in their school bag. We will provide all students with a phone pouch free of charge when they join the school. Any replacement pouches will need to be purchased by parents/carers.
